Great taste is one thing, but Mānuka Honey is also nature’s superfood.

Mānuka is unique to New Zealand, and for hundreds of years Maori have turned to this incredible tree for traditional medicine.

Over the last few years Louis has tended to our hives and harvested the most delicious Manuka / bush honey and honey comb for the lodge. I have loved incorporating this liquid gold into my cooking and our guests absolutely love it.
